Rules and Regulations

Parijat Sevalay wishes you a comfortable stay in the hospital and a speedy recovery. You are responsible for the following our rules and regulations affecting patient care and conduct.

  • Please do not sit on the patient’s bed.
  • Avoid bringing children aged 12 years or under to the hospital to visit patients.
  • Do not bring items such as food, flowers, cards, etc. for patients admitted in the hospital.
  • Patient party should eat only in designated areas for having meals and should keep these areas clean.
  • Please sign the informed consent only after proper understanding.
  • It is better to avoid visiting patients if the patient party are suffering from any illness themselves.
  • Only one person from the patient party is allowed to visit the patient at a time, and only during visiting hours.
  • Please submit valid government identity proof of the patient and his/her family members (next of kin) at the time of admission.
  • It is suggested to know the qualifications of the doctor before seeking treatment from him/her.

  • Please collect the visiting card from the reception and follow all rules and regulations mentioned on the visiting card diligently.
  • Please read the treatment package attentively and take note of all that is included and excluded within the same.
  • Please take the time to know the lab,medication and other charges of the patient everyday.
  • Please seek permission from relevant authorities before bringing food, medication, and all other items for the patient.
  • Please know that the visiting hours of doctors are not fixed, and your cooperation is needed in this regard.
  • For critical patients, it is suggested to have a male relative stay very close to the hospital at all times.
  • For the benefit of patients, kindly maintain cleanliness and silence in the hospital premises.
  • Please check the Discharge certificate, reports and all other papers carefully at the time of discharge.
  • Please be extremely careful while giving the name, address and other details for the issuance of Birth, death or other certificates.
  • The discharge process is inherently time taking, kindly have patience.
  • During the time of admission, please inform the reception staff about any mediclaim or insurance card in advance.

  • Do not use any other toilet apart from those designated for the patient party.
  • Do not consume tobacco in any form (pan, gutka, khaini, cigarette, bidi,etc) in the hospital premises.
  • Avoid using mobile phone while interacting with patients.
  • Patients may have to be shifted to other healthcare centres for their own benefit.
  • Kindly fill up the feedback form before taking the patient away. In case of any complaints, kindly approach relevant authorities in the hospital. Privacy of the patient and his/her relatives will be maintained by the authorities in this regard.
  • Please inform the doctor about the COMPLETE previous history of all illnesses and/or injuries of the patient.
  • Do not leave any cash, jewellery or other valuables with the patient. The hospital is not responsible in case of any loss or theft of the same.
  • Please read all all documents carefully before signing.
  • Clicking photographs or shooting videos of ANYTHING WITHIN THE HOSPITAL PREMISES such as the infrastructure, equipment, patients, doctors, documents, or anything as such, without prior permission from relevant authorities is strictly prohibited.
